①surely作“無(wú)疑,當然”講,表示說(shuō)話(huà)人對句子主語(yǔ)將發(fā)生的事相當有把握。

②surely還可以用來(lái)表示“對所說(shuō)的內容確信無(wú)疑,或者表示對某事的驚訝”
