主講人是金山小學(xué)涂?jì)|奕小記者的媽媽?zhuān)臀覀円黄鸱窒砹怂o女兒制定的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習計劃和她家英語(yǔ)學(xué)習的方法和體會(huì )。

第一：英語(yǔ)的基礎是單詞，要多記多背，記憶單詞的方法有很多種，可以在閱讀中記憶單詞，這樣既不乏味也記得牢。
第二：課上要專(zhuān)心聽(tīng)課。像語(yǔ)法、翻譯、答題技巧等主要就是通過(guò)課上習得的，所以一定要專(zhuān)心，課后要學(xué)會(huì )總結、歸納、理解記憶、做題實(shí)戰運用。如果語(yǔ)法太差，可以買(mǎi)一本語(yǔ)法書(shū)攻克一下。
第三：提高英語(yǔ)閱讀理解能力。英語(yǔ)閱讀是比較重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節，英語(yǔ)閱讀理解最好能做到每天至少練習一篇。英語(yǔ)閱讀理解能力簡(jiǎn)單的說(shuō)就是：通過(guò)快速的閱讀文章、材料，快速的提取段落、文章的脈絡(luò )和重點(diǎn)，促進(jìn)整理歸納分析，提高做題效率。快速閱讀是一種高效的閱讀方法，其原理在于激活“眼、腦”的潛能，培養和提高閱讀速度、整體感知、歸納理解、注意力集中等方面的能力，對應于閱讀理解方面的幫助很大。快速閱讀的練習可以參考《精英特全腦速讀記憶》。掌握快速閱讀后，可以快速的.對文章的關(guān)鍵信息進(jìn)行提取，提高做題效率和準確性，同時(shí)可節約大量的時(shí)間，做到游刃有余。 做英語(yǔ)閱讀理解的時(shí)候要注意：閱讀時(shí)不要逐字逐句的翻譯，也不要一句話(huà)反復閱讀，即閱讀時(shí)碰到一時(shí)不理解的句子就一遍一遍地沉浸在閱讀那個(gè)句子當中，反復琢磨。其實(shí)完全沒(méi)有必要，因為要選對答案并不意味著(zhù)對原文的每個(gè)句子都要讀懂，抓住一些重點(diǎn)句子就夠了，正確的做法是，以理解整個(gè)段落和整篇文章為主，在涵蓋出題點(diǎn)的句子上用心捉摸。
第四：英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作，寫(xiě)作是一個(gè)綜合的東西，單詞、語(yǔ)法、閱讀都是基礎，有了前面的積淀，平時(shí)再多加練習，寫(xiě)作就不是問(wèn)題了。時(shí)間允許的話(huà)可以一天寫(xiě)一篇，最糟糕也要一周練習一篇。
第五：聽(tīng)力。要想練好聽(tīng)力，首先，要選擇適當的語(yǔ)音材料：①所選語(yǔ)音材料必須地道、原汁原味;②所選語(yǔ)音材料應盡可能包羅萬(wàn)象，涵蓋不同領(lǐng)域、不同話(huà)題，既要有正式用語(yǔ)，又要有日常會(huì )話(huà);③材料應從簡(jiǎn)單的入手，逐漸增加難度。其次，聽(tīng)得方法：①利用零碎時(shí)間，這種聽(tīng)法要求你連貫地、不重復地聽(tīng)取大量語(yǔ)音材料，不需要聽(tīng)懂每一句話(huà)，只需聽(tīng)個(gè)大概就行。②抽出一段專(zhuān)門(mén)的時(shí)間，集中精力全神貫注地去聽(tīng)。這種聽(tīng)法不要求你聽(tīng)太多的內容，但務(wù)必要聽(tīng)懂每一句話(huà)，把握每一個(gè)細節。
